About Us
The Hayu Service and this Offer are provided by Universal Pictures Subscription Television Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 05942255, with our registered address at 1 Central St. Giles, St. Giles High Street, London WC2H 8NU ("we"/"us"/"our").
Agreement
These promotional terms ("Promotional Terms") and the Hayu Terms and Conditions (available at www.hayu.com/terms) will form part of our agreement (the "Agreement").
By registering for our promotional offer, you agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and any provisions of the Hayu Terms and Conditions that do not conflict with these Promotional Terms.

To register for the Promotional Offer, follow the prompts to complete the registration form for a 6-month subscription, enter the promotional code "6X10" in the box labeled "Have a promotional code?" and click the button confirming your Hayu registration, your payment details, and your agreement to the Hayu Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and these Promotional Terms.
Charges and Billing
Upon registration, you will be charged an upfront subscription fee of £10 instead of the regular price of £23.99 for a 6-month subscription. Please note that this offer does not include a free trial period, and you will be charged immediately upon signing up.
After the initial 6 months, your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent 6-month periods at the regular price of £23.99 unless cancelled. Any variations to your subscription cost upon renewal will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Promotional Offer, you must:
a) be a new Hayu subscriber who completes the Hayu registration process between 00:01 UTC on 11 October 2024 and 23:59 UTC on 18 October 2024, on the Hayu website at www.hayu.com;
b) be a resident of the United Kingdom;
c) be of the age of majority in your country and legally able to enter into the Agreement (including these Promotional Terms);
d) register for a 6-month subscription (please note that this Promotional Offer is not available for 12-month or monthly subscriptions);
e) The Promotional Offer is not available if you register via third-party platforms; and
f) agree to these Promotional Terms.
This Promotional Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time without additional charge by cancelling the subscription via your account page before your next payment is due. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to Hayu until the end of the subscription period you have paid for, without any refunds for days or months left in your subscription.
We can terminate our Agreement as set out in section 13 - "Suspension or Cancellation by Us" in the Hayu Terms and Conditions.
